- 250ml apple juice and dry white wine
- 40 g sago
- 1 piece untreated lemon peel
- 1 tsp mace flower
- 3 Cloves
- 600 g apricots
- 2 tbsp sugar

First bring the white wine and apple juice to a boil. Add the sago, lemon peel, mace flower, and cloves; cook the sago for 15 minutes.

Wash the apricots, halve them, pit them, and cut into wedges. Add them with the sugar to the sago liquid and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Finally let it cool.
