Cheese and Pea Wraps

Ingredients

  • Tortilla
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 2 EL Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 1 pear
  • 2 EL peas (frozen)
  • lemon zest
  • 1 TL honey
  • 2 EL watercress
  • 1 EL sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 2 EL almond flakes
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Prepare tortillas according to package instructions.

    Cut mozzarella into cubes.

  3. 3.

    Wash the pear, quarter it, remove seeds and dice small.

  4. 4.

    Wash watercress, pat dry and roughly chop.

  5. 5.

    Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté with peas and a little of the tomato oil briefly. Add honey and lemon zest, then remove from heat.

    Toast almond flakes in a pan without oil until golden brown.

  7. 7.

    Combine mozzarella, pear, watercress, tomatoes, peas and toasted almonds; season with salt and pepper.

    Divide half of the filling onto one third of each tortilla and roll up. Serve immediately or pack for a picnic or break.
