Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Asparagus
  • Salt
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp chive rings
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • bread slice

Instructions

    Peel the lower third of the asparagus and cook the stalks in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender yet firm. Shock, drain well, and trim a few tips for garnish. Cut the remaining stalks into small pieces. Whisk the cream cheese with crème fraîche until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in chives, walnuts, and chopped asparagus.
