Ingredients

  • 1 EL salt
  • 1 TL black peppercorns
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 thyme sprig
  • 2 handful dandelion buds
  • 300 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Boil the salt, peppercorns, and herbs with about 400 ml water. Remove from heat and let the flower buds steep for about 15 minutes.

    Drain, allow to dry, and fill a hot rinsed jar with them.

    Cover with olive oil and let infuse in the refrigerator for at least one week.
