Ingredients
- 2 kg pork ribs
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 onions
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 6 tbsp Maple syrup
- 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch untreated grated lemon zest
- Salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Separate the pork ribs into individual pieces, wash and pat dry. Brush all sides with oil, place on a parchment-lined baking tray and grill in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onions. Peel and chop the ginger. Bring the maple syrup with 4 tbsp water, vinegar and onions to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in grated lemon zest and ginger. Season with salt. Pour the glaze over the ribs and grill under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
