Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 splash white wine
- 125 g canned tuna
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

Sauté diced shallots and garlic in hot oil, add drained tuna, deglaze with white wine and let evaporate. Pour in cream and vegetable broth, reduce to a creamy consistency. Finally stir in rinsed capers and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.
