Pasta with Beef Fillet and Corn

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 250 g beef fillet
- 350 g wide egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 120 g corn (canned)
- 50 g sprouts (washed)
- Salt
- pepper from grinder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Whisk yogurt with lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper. Chill until serving.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, rinse under cold water and set aside. Clean, seed and slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Pat the meat dry and cut into small pieces.

Brown the meat quickly in 1 tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper, then remove. In the remaining oil sauté onions and garlic, add bell pepper and corn, pour in vegetable broth and stir in the noodles. Return the browned meat, season again, and adjust with cayenne pepper. Plate on warmed dishes, sprinkle sprouts on top, spoon a few dollops of lemon yogurt over the pasta and serve immediately.
