Ingredients
- 500 g penne
- 1 can pizza tomatoes
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions.

Wash the zucchini and slice it; sauté without browning in oil, add tomato paste, pour in 100 ml water, then add pizza tomatoes and ketchup, bring to a boil while stirring, season with basil, salt, and pepper.

Drain the pasta and stir in the cream, mix with the sauce, plate on dishes and garnish with basil.

Serve grated cheese at the table.
