Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200 g small broccoli florets
- 200 g small cauliflower florets
- 200 ml vegetable stock (instant)
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- 30 g Parmesan

Peel the garlic and onion. Slice the onion into strips and finely chop the garlic. Sauté both in hot oil in a pot until translucent, then add broccoli and cauliflower and steam briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, let it sit to dry slightly, and mix with the vegetables. Plate and grate parmesan on top.
