Ingredients

  • 2 herbs (e.g., parsley, chervil, dill)
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp starch (optional)
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • Lemon juice
  • 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)

Instructions

    Rinse the herbs and finely chop them. Wash, trim, and slice the radishes thinly. Dice the shallot finely. Sauté in oil until translucent, then pour in cream and broth. Add radishes and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Thicken sauce with starch dissolved in a little cold water if desired. Stir in herbs and remove from heat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Break salmon into bite-sized pieces.
