Pasta with Salmon Fillet and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Pepper
  • Basil

Instructions

    Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

    Heat butter in a pan. Rinse salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry, cut into strips and fry in the butter over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Add garlic and tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

    Drain pasta and mix with tomatoes and salmon strips. Wash basil, shake dry, pick off leaves and scatter over the pasta.
