Ingredients

  • 20 large shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp chili oil
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and finely chop it; rub it with a little salt using the back of a knife.

    Finely chop the coriander. Mix both with ginger and chili oil, add some pepper, and rub the washed, dried shrimp with this mixture. Cover and marinate for 2 hours. Then remove from the marinade, season with salt, and grill each side for about 2-3 minutes.

    Serve the shrimp with fresh peppers, onions, and chilies as desired.
