Ingredients
- 500 g soybean
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- Salt
- Korean red pepper

Clean and wash soybean sprouts, then cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Shock with cold water and drain.

Wash cherry tomatoes and halve them. Make a vinaigrette from soy sauce, oil and spices. Add the sprouts to the vinaigrette, mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes. Then fold in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper if needed, and serve in small bowls.
