Ingredients

  • 0.25 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 0.25 head of frisée lettuce
  • 1 small bunch sorrel
  • 4 leaves of large head lettuce
  • 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • Sea salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash the salads under cold running water, trim and slightly reduce in size, shake dry and distribute onto four salad plates.

    Add vinegar with mustard and salt to a shaker cup and vigorously shake until the salt dissolves. Then add oil and pepper, shake again and drizzle over the salad. Serve with white bread.
