Chicken Salad with Orzo in Asian Style

Ingredients
- 300 g orzo pasta
- Salt
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3 spring onions
- 200 g soybeans
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soybean oil
- 3 tbsp almond slivers
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sichuan pepper

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente.

Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice into small cubes. Trim the spring onions, cut diagonally into thin rings. Wash the soybeans, blanch for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, shock with cold water, and dry thoroughly. Wash the chicken, pat dry, and slice into narrow strips.

Peel and finely chop the ginger. Heat the oil in a wok and sear the chicken on all sides until crisp. Add the vegetables, noodles, ginger, onions, and almonds; stir and sauté briefly. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Sichuan pepper, taste, then plate and serve.
