Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 l meat broth (instant)
  • 400 g tortellini (refrigerated shelf, filling of choice)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the carrot and cut into thin sticks. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings.

    Bring the broth to a boil, add the tortellini, and let cook until tender. Then add the vegetables, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper, and serve plated.
