Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 200 g celery root
- 2 stalks leek
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 l meat broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g meat-filled tortellini (ready-made)
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the carrots and celery root, then cut them into thin sticks. Wash the leek and slice it into rings.

Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, add the vegetables and cook briefly, pour in broth and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Add the tortellini and let it cook for about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
