  • 1 EL flaxseeds
  • 3 EL natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Soak the flaxseeds with just enough water overnight.

    In the morning drain the water and mix the flaxseeds with the yogurt. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.
