Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 0.5 tsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp chives rolls
- 1 bundle chives (for garnish)

Cook eggs for about 10 minutes until soft‑to‑hard boiled, remove, shock in cold water and let cool slightly.

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, divide the sauce: stir ketchup into one half, add chives rolls to the other.

Peel eggs and cut them lengthwise in half.

Cut chives into short pieces and arrange decoratively on two plates. Place the eggs on top and spoon a little mayonnaise sauce over each.
