Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 Shallot
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Hard boil the eggs, cool them, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and finely mash with a fork. Mix in the quark and cream cheese. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Fold into the cream mixture and season with salt and pepper. Optionally shape small balls with an ice cream scoop and place them in the egg halves.
