Ingredients
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast (21 g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 500 g flour
- 6 shallots
- flour (for working surface)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g smoked salmon (slices)
- fresh dill (for garnish)

Dissolve the yeast and olive oil in 300 ml lukewarm water, then knead with salt, sugar, and flour into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 230°C with fan and bake. While waiting, peel and chop the shallots. Roll the dough on a floured round surface into four small discs and bake on a preheated pizza stone for 6–8 minutes.

After baking, spread crème fraîche over the pizza, top with smoked salmon slices, sprinkle chopped shallots, garnish with fresh dill, and serve immediately. A cucumber salad pairs well.
