Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 750 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 can small tuna (natural)
- 150 g marinated artichoke hearts
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1 tbsp black olives
- 250 g mozzarella
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Mix flour with salt. Dissolve yeast in 1/8 l lukewarm water, add to the oil and combine into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Peel and finely chop the shallot; sauté in hot olive oil until translucent. Squeeze garlic, add to the pan, then stir in diced tomatoes and thyme. Simmer about 30 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Wash bell peppers, remove seeds, slice into strips. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Drain artichoke hearts.

Drain tuna and roughly tear into pieces.

Wash spring onions, trim ends, slice into rings.

Slice mozzarella.

Knead dough again, grease a baking sheet, roll out the dough onto it. Spread tomato sauce over the base, then arrange peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, spring onions, tuna, olives, capers, and some basil on top. Place mozzarella slices over everything.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C for about 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining basil before serving.
