Ingredients
- 2 phyllo dough sheets
- 1 Egg white
- butter
- 150 g mozzarella
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp bacon cubes (discarded)
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Melt butter and grease the molds. Cut phyllo sheets into circles the size of the molds, brush half with egg white and place remaining circles on top. Gently press into molds and brush with a little butter.

Wash, trim, seed, remove white membranes from bell pepper and slice finely. Slice mozzarella. Distribute pepper strips and bacon over the tartlets and top with mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes until golden yellow.
