Ingredients
- 400 g cooked shrimp (ready‑to‑eat, peeled)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 60 g blue seedless grapes
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash the shrimp, pat dry, roughly chop and mix with lemon juice in a bowl.

Wash the grapes, halve them and roughly chop as well. Add to the shrimp and season with cayenne pepper.

Place a metal ring on a shallow plate, spoon some tartare into it, press firmly and lift the ring off. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Finish each portion with a dollop of crème fraîche, grind over fresh pepper, and serve.
