Ingredients
- 4 head lettuce leaves
- 500 g large pre-cooked shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 1 sweet-sour apple
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g whipped cream
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- white pepper
- sugar
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Cayenne pepper
- toast bread (optional)
Instructions

Wash the lettuce leaves and let them drain well. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and drain thoroughly.

Whisk sour cream with mayonnaise, season with lemon juice, lime zest, ketchup, salt, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and sugar; fold in the whipped cream.

Peel the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and dice the flesh. Mix into the sauce and gently fold in the shrimp.

Arrange the shrimp salad on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, and serve with toasted bread sticks if desired.
