Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 8 small shallots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp rosemary needles (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Mix pressed garlic with lemon juice, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper; add shrimp and vegetables and let marinate for 10 minutes.

    Thread paprika, peeled shallots and shrimp alternately onto four wooden skewers.
