Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp (with head)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and finely chop. Make a dressing with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then season with some lemon juice.

    Wash the shrimp, pat them dry, and brush with the dressing. Skewer three shrimp each on a stick. Grill over high heat, turning occasionally for about 6-8 minutes, brushing with more dressing as they cook. Drizzle remaining lemon juice over the skewers before serving.
