Chicken Paprika Skewers

The Chicken Paprika Skewers from Spoonsparrow are a delicious grill treat that always fits well.
Ingredients
- 750 g chicken breast fillet
- 3 large onions
- 3 red bell peppers
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Peel the onions, wash the peppers and remove seeds. Cut the meat, onions and peppers into roughly equal-sized cubes.

Preheat a grill.

Thread 8 metal skewers in alternating colors with pieces of meat, onion and pepper. Mix oil, lime juice and soy sauce, brush the skewers with it and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken Paprika Skewers on the grill from all sides, about 10-12 minutes total; brush with more marinade during the last few minutes.
