Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 green bell pepper
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • Salt
  • 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., radicchio, frisée, iceberg)
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 cocktail shrimp
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • chili flakes

Instructions

    Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Wash the bell peppers, remove the white inner walls and seeds, and dice them into very small cubes.

    Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, shallot, pepper cubes, and paprika powder. Add chili powder and salt to taste.

    Wash, clean, dry, and tear the salad greens into bite-sized pieces. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit, and cube it. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, clean it, and dice it small as well.

    Arrange all prepared salad ingredients on plates. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with a little pepper and chili. Serve with dressing.
