Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 300 g North Sea shrimp (pre-cooked and ready to use)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 handfuls dill
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 150 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 whole grain rolls

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp and pat dry on kitchen paper. Wash the lemon hot, grate dry zest, peel a bit of rind, then squeeze out the juice. Wash the dill, shake dry, and finely chop.

    Combine the shrimp, mustard, lemon juice, and zest in a bowl. Whip the cream stiffly and fold into the mixture with crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
