Ingredients

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • sugar

Instructions

    Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then fold in the flour and salt to form a smooth dough.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into round cookies about 4 cm in diameter. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove, toss in sugar, and let cool.
