Ingredients

  • 1 springform pan (16 cm diameter)
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 45 g dried lingonberries (Reformhaus)
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

    Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and salt in a bowl to form dough; do not beat until creamy, then fold in the dried lingonberries.

    Transfer the dough into the springform pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 15–20 minutes. Remove and let cool in the pan, then release from the ring. Cut into 24 small cake pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
