Ingredients

  • 1 bunch peppermint
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 200 g Greek sheep cheese
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

    Wash mint, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Wash spring onions, trim and cut very finely. Wash pepper, trim, deseed and also cut very finely.

    Crush sheep cheese with a fork and mix with cream cheese, spring onions, pepper, cumin and 1/4 of the mint until well combined.

  3. 3.

    Shape small balls from the mixture, roll them in the remaining mint and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
