Ingredients
- 0.5 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp paprika spread
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp hot paprika powder
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- chives curls for garnish
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot butter for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Stir in the paprika spread, sprinkle with both papayas powders, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly. Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt, mix well. Season with salt and pepper, then spread on bread slices and top with chives curls before serving.
