- 0.3 l green tea (freshly brewed)
- 0.1 l sea buckthorn juice
- 0.2 l pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp pineapple chunks (optional)

Distribute pineapple chunks into two tea glasses. Mix sea buckthorn juice with pineapple juice, honey and lemon juice in a small pot and heat gently (do not boil).

Pour the green tea through a sieve over the mixture. Fill the tea glasses with the blend and serve.
