Ingredients
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 3 tea bags fruit tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 peach
- 200 ml peach juice
- honey (to taste)

Clean the lemongrass, remove tough parts and knock the white part with the back of a knife until damp on the outside. Place the lemongrass, tea bags and cinnamon stick in a pot and pour 600 ml boiling water over them to steep. Wash, peel, slice or dice the peach and add it to the tea. Let steep covered for 10 minutes, strain through a sieve, mix with peach juice and sweeten with honey as desired. Divide into cups, adding fruit pieces if you like.
