Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 600 g tofu
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions

Peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop the garlic and roughly dice the onions. Use a fork to crumble the tofu into small pieces.

Sauté the onions with the garlic in hot oil until translucent. Add the turmeric and tofu, cooking for about 5 minutes while stirring. Fold in the parsley and season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
