Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g softened butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- butter
- jam

Soak the raisins, then mix them with all ingredients except the yogurt and knead with enough yogurt to hold the dough together; roll out 2 cm thick, cut with round cutters, brush with whisked egg yolk, and bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 10–15 minutes until golden yellow.
