Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g soft butter
- 150 g yogurt
- 40 g raisins
- flour (for working)
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g clotted cream
- 150 g jam (e.g., strawberry)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Knead the flour with baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and enough yogurt until the dough is smooth and easy to knead. Fold in the raisins and roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 2 cm thickness. Cut circles (≈5 cm diameter). Place on a parchment-lined tray, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
