Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g crème double
  • 80 ml Orange liqueur
  • fine zest of one orange (reserve some for garnish)
  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 200 g whipping cream

Instructions

    Crush the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie with the crème double, then stir in the orange liqueur, zest, and mascarpone. Chill for an hour. Whip the cream stiffly. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture, then pipe the batter into dessert glasses using a star tip and chill for at least one hour.

    Serve decorated with orange zest.
