Hazelnut Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 g hazelnut kernels
  • 150 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp nut liqueur
  • a pinch cinnamon powder
  • a pinch chili powder

Instructions

    Roast the hazelnuts in a hot pan until fragrant. Let them cool on a kitchen towel, then rub off the skins.

    Chop the chocolate and melt it with the cream, coconut oil, cinnamon, and chili over a double boiler while stirring. Pour half of the melted chocolate into a chocolate bar mold (or a small rectangular tin lined with parchment), sprinkle the nuts on top, and pour the remaining chocolate over them. Cool until set. Remove from the mold and break into pieces.
