Ingredients

  • 850 g cantaloupe (1 melon)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml lukewarm water
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)

Instructions

    Halve the cantaloupe, remove seeds, cut into wedges and separate flesh from rind. Cut into pieces and blend finely. Dissolve the sugar in the water. Mix with the cantaloupe puree and lemon juice and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring well each hour or blending with a hand blender.

    Serve the sorbet in glasses garnished with cantaloupe slices and mint leaves.
