Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 TL salt
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 1 EL baking powder
  • 0.5 TL baking soda
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 EL rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 EL dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 100 g goat cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • flour (for rolling out)
  • milk (for brushing)

Instructions

    Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Add butter in small pieces. Mix in cheese, tomatoes and rosemary, gradually adding milk to form a smooth dough. (Adjust with slightly less or more milk).

    Cover the dough and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Then roll out on a floured surface to about 2 cm thickness. Cut into circles of roughly 6 cm diameter. Place on a parchment-lined tray and let rest for 5 minutes. Brush with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan-forced for about 10-15 minutes.
