Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g softened butter
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g clotted cream
- 150 g jam (optional)
- flour (for working)

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Knead the flour with baking powder, sugar, salt, softened butter and yogurt into a smooth dough that no longer sticks strongly. Fold in the raisins. On a floured work surface roll out about 2 cm thick and cut hexagonal pieces (≈5 cm diameter) with a cookie cutter.

Brush with whisked egg yolk and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown (do the toothpick test!). Remove and cool on a wire rack.
