Ingredients

  • 500 g green tomatillo
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 green jalapeños
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • pinch brown sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes for the salsa verde, cut off the stem end, steep them hot, cool, peel and roughly cube. Then finely puree. Peel and finely dice the onion.

    Wash the jalapeños, halve, deseed and finely dice as well. Finely chop the coriander leaves and mix with the prepared ingredients under the tomatillos. Season with lemon juice, sugar and salt.
