Salmon with Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 500 g green beans
- 2 sprigs bean herb
- 400 g salmon fillet (pre‑cooked ready to eat)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and cream. Stir in dill and season remoulade with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until use.

Wash and trim beans. Cook with bean herb in salted water for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into four equal pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non‑stick pan over high heat and sear salmon on each side for about ½ minute.

Drain beans, arrange on plates and place salmon on top. Stir remoulade again and pour over the salmon.
