Ingredients
- 1 kg salmon fillet
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp soy oil
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 small romaine lettuce

Wash the salmon, pat dry, then cut into 8 evenly thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Separate the lettuce into leaves, wash, trim, rinse, dry, and slice finely. Arrange the lettuce strips on four plates.

Pan‑fry the salmon in hot oil in a large skillet for about 2–3 minutes per side, remove and place on the lettuce. Toast sesame seeds briefly in hot oil and drizzle with a little oil over the salmon slices.
