Ingredients
- 2 pieces salmon fillet (skinless and boneless, 180-200 g each)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- olive oil for brushing
- 200 g mixed greens
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and brush lightly with olive oil. Grill both sides for about 3 minutes each on a not-too-hot grill.

Wash, trim, rinse, dry, and roughly tear the greens. Whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper; beat in the olive oil with a whisk until emulsified. Toss the dressing with the greens.

Plate the salmon atop the dressed greens and garnish with thin slices of radish if desired.
