Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (250-300 g each)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 large potatoes
- 4 tbsp capers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Drizzle the salmon fillets with lemon juice and season lightly with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite‑sized pieces. Drain the capers. Wash the red bell pepper, halve it, and remove seeds and membranes. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes. Add rosemary and pour in the broth. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and salmon, then steam another 10‑15 minutes.
