Ingredients
- 2 ripe figs
- 20 ml whiskey
- pepper (ground)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- Salt
- 1 tbsp horseradish (jar or freshly grated)
- 250 g smoked salmon
- Chives
- 1 handful Arugula
- chili powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Prick the figs with a fork, drizzle with whiskey and season with pepper. Season the sour cream with salt and stir in the horseradish. Roll the smoked salmon and wrap it with chives. Tie the chives and fill the salmon roses with the creamy mixture.

Rinse, wash, dry, and pat the arugula. Squeeze out a little juice from the figs, reserve the liquid, and slice the figs into strips. Arrange the salmon roses on plates with fig slices and garnish with a touch of arugula. Make a dressing from the fig juice, chili powder, and lime juice, then drizzle over the fish and figs before serving.
